Lee R. Carr II is the owner of Carr Law Group, PA in St. Petersburg, where his elder law practice focuses on probate, guardianship, estate planning, and related litigation. Mr. Carr frequently lectures before professional groups about probate, guardianship, long-term care, ethics and other elder law issues. Currently, Mr. Carr is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Stetson University College of Law where he instructs courses relevant to elder law. As an adjunct with St Pete College, he is a certified Statewide Public Guardianship Course Instructor for Florida’s guardianship training courses for professional guardians, family guardians, and minor guardians. Mr. Carr earned his B.A. degree with High Honors from Eckerd College and his J.D. degree with a Concentration in Elder Law cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar (sections on Elder Law, Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law), the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Bar Associations, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Brian Lit is currently engaged in the practice of Medicaid Law and Estate Planning. Mr. Lit was a featured speaker at the 2012 Florida Bar Annual Convention – Military Law Symposium. Additionally, Mr. Lit has been an invited guest speaker at various seminars and educational workshops throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Lit graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Political Science and later graduated Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Lit has a well-rounded background with extensive experience in Real Estate, Mortgage, and Probate Law. Prior to his legal endeavors, Mr. Lit worked in the Insurance and Financial Services industry as a Series 6 licensed representative.

Peter M. Cardinal is a Florida Registered Paralegal whose work at Carr Law Group focuses on probate, guardianship, estate planning, and Medicaid planning. Mr. Cardinal has had over 30 years of experience in the legal field, first beginning his career with the State Attorney's Office in Pinellas County where he was at one time director of the Victim/Witness Management Program and later the Bad Check Diversion Program. For the past 20 years Mr. Cardinal has worked in the private sector. He has a bachelor of music degree in education from Houghton College, NY and a masters of arts degree in counseling from Liberty University, VA. Mr. Cardinal is a board member at Park Place Wesleyan Church and volunteers as a "lay" counselor two nights a week. He grew up in Syracuse, NY, but moved to Florida shortly after being married. He has three children and two grandchildren.
